GoTo Lead Partners LLC sends SMS communications related to CRM and automation services, account notifications, and service updates. Customers will receive SMS messages related to their inquiry, appointment scheduling, service updates, and account notifications.

2. Use Case Description

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchase.

Messages are only sent to users who provide explicit consent via an online form. Message frequency varies, up to 12 msgs/month. Message & data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.

10. Opt-Out & Support

Paid services are provided only under a separate signed agreement (our Master Services Agreement and Order Form). If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

13. Strategy Calls

Strategy calls are free and carry no obligation. Information we share on a call, including estimates and examples, is general information to help you decide, not a promise of specific results.

14. Results, Examples and Testimonials

Client stories, numbers, dashboards, testimonials and calculator estimates on this site are examples from specific businesses or illustrations, shared with permission. Results vary by market, season, service area, pricing, close rate and other factors. Any lead commitments, replacements or guarantees apply only as written in your signed agreement.

15. Calls and Call Recording

By submitting your phone number, you agree that we may call you about your inquiry and appointment, including through our AI assistant, which identifies itself as an AI assistant. Calls may be recorded with notice, as described in our Privacy Policy. Texts are covered by Part A above.

16. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit false information, use the site for any unlawful purpose, try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or our systems, or copy our content for commercial use without permission.

17. Intellectual Property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, videos and design, belong to GoTo Lead Partners or its licensors. Third-party names and logos, such as client logos and association marks, belong to their owners and are used with permission.
