Do we have to replace the software we use now?
No. We connect AI to the software you already use, through ready-made connectors where they exist and custom API connections where they don't. Your team keeps working in the tools they know.
Is this only for service companies?
No. The 9 p.m. example is a service company, but we build AI systems for law firms, insurance agencies, medical and dental offices, real estate, accounting firms, retail, manufacturing and more, from small offices to companies with hundreds of employees.
What can AI do for my office staff?
Most of the everyday work: building spreadsheets and reports, drafting documents and proposals, making presentations and training videos, sorting email, scheduling, and finding files across your shared drives. It connects to the tools they already use, like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
What is an AI council?
A private group of leading AI models that work on the same question, check each other's answers and agree on the best one. It cuts down on mistakes and gives your team better answers for planning, research and decisions.
Is our data safe?
We only connect what each workflow needs, set access by role, and can run your AI council on a private setup so your company data stays yours. We walk through security in the audit.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many systems are involved. Most companies start with one or two high-impact workflows, like the AI receptionist or work order intake, and add more from there. You get a timeline after the audit.
What does it cost?
Every build is quoted after the AI audit, because it depends on your systems and goals. It is usually a one-time build fee, then a monthly fee for support, updates and new AI as it comes out.
Will my team actually use it?
Yes, because we train them. We train each department on the AI that fits their work, and keep supporting them after launch.
